COVID-19 symptoms management tips

Some tips for managing your COVID-19 symptoms from home include:

  1. Stay home: It’s important that you self-quarantine away from others and your loved ones to prevent the spread of coronavirus. If you cannot be isolated from others, wear a face mask.

  2. Wash your hands frequently: Wash your hands with soap and water on a regular basis for at least 20 seconds. A 70% or higher alcohol-based hand sanitizer can also be used.

  3. Drink lots of fluids: Being hydrated helps to loosen congestion and allows any mucus to clear.

  4. Sanitize household surfaces: If you live with others, it’s important that you regularly sanitize common areas with disinfectant.

  5. Track your temperature: Watch your temperature and track other symptoms to determine if your condition is worsening. Our medical team will follow up with COVID-19 positive patients regularly.
